As a solitary building directly adjacent to the subway viaduct, the building was planned as a hotel from the outset. Similar to the residential complex, the project was overseen from the development plan process onward and included all project management, planning, implementation, and coordination with the eventual operator. All obstacles, such as soil contamination, vibration protection, and the direct proximity of a railway line, were successfully resolved.
