Construction work has begun at Winsstraße 16 – a special moment for our team!
A residential building with 13 units is being built in the second courtyard in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg.
The initial work is underway, and we're looking forward to the progress on site.

After successfully obtaining the new building permit, the owners of Billy Wilder Promenade were finally able to move in.
We are very pleased about this important milestone and wish everyone a safe arrival in their new home!

We visited Dabelow and Herzinsel for the first time. Two very special places with a lot of potential. Now we're entering the concept phase with fresh insights.

The foundation for an exciting new residential project has been laid on Residenzstraße in Berlin. 22 attractive apartments are being built on approximately 3,000 m² of gross floor space, enriching the capital's housing offerings.

Last Monday, we traveled to Hamburg to visit the site where we will design a new hotel. We used the day to conduct material studies and explore the city's unique architectural forms. It was an inspiring visit that will shape our approach to this exciting project.
