From the acquisition of the land, the entire project development was managed through to completion: the process for a project-specific development plan, requirements planning, and planned marketing. On this basis, the entire project planning and management of all appraisers, specialist planners, and inspectors followed, and finally, the implementation was carried out with close supervision and support of the general contractor, as well as selected construction management tasks. We also supported the buyer support and organized and carried out the handovers and acceptances.
