In the heart of Cologne's Südstadt district, in close proximity to the old town, 68 one- and two-room apartments, each equipped with a kitchen, are being built. Implementing KSG's design required considerable skill in dealing with neighbors and a complex site situation, as well as significant adjustments to ensure feasibility for construction companies.
